Apart from Largest Department of the Company, it is the mainstay of the entire business. It comprises three Estates -Lobe, Ndian and Bai. Pamol occupies 10.874 ha out of which 9.255 ha are in production, 1.171 ha are immature and some to be replanted and 478 ha unplanted. 574 ha of the planted area is occupied by Rubber at Bai while the rest is planted with oil palms. Pamol presently produces about 65.000 tons FFB(Fresh Fruit Bunches) per year. This production is expected to rise to about 95.000 tons FFB/year with reduction in FFB theft and the adequate application of fertilizers . Some years back , the company encouraged the development of oil palms smallholdings around her Estates and today the results are positive. About 4.137 ha of oil palms belonging to smallholders have been planted having an estimated production potential of 20.000 tons FFB/year. This is expected to be processed by Pamol
