Electronic Controls: The microprocessor controls that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality. Hardness Digital Indicator: The product viscosity is displayed to assure safe product. Safety: Separate overload protections are inside motor and compressor. And thermal overload relay is for whole machine. Air pump: Grind mix with more air to a softer and smoother product, more overrun. Refrigeration Parts: Compressor: Aspera and Maneurop Danfoss Refrigerant: R404a or R134a Expansion valve: Danfoss Condensor: Intermal thread copper pipe Freezing cylinder: No welding line, hard-drawn from mould, hygeian standard, AISI 304 stainless steel, refrigerant contacts directly wall of cylinder without wrap pipes. Mix Hopper: Separate hopper refrigeration(pre-cooling) with separate compressor to pre-cooling mix and maintain mix below 5 degree.
