BUWW offers bellows for machine locations that will not have heavy chip exposure, but still need to protect the sensitive components of the machine. Bellows offer protection from contaminates while applying little resistance to the machine's movement. Metal plates can be attached to the bellows if exposed to a light chip environment.
Horizontal Mounting
* Bellows set on ways and use gravity to hold it in place
* To prevent a "caterpillar" effect in small bellows traveling long distances, the bellows can have tabs cut into the PVC frames to clip onto the rails.
Vertical Mounting
Bellows are mounted in the vertical position and will be located between the rails and the working area of the machine.
* PVC frames have notches to attach to the rails, preventing gaps from forming between the rails and the bellows.
* Bellows wrap around the rails or guide ways for complete protection from both sides.
