The Application of Cable
It is used in places with high demand on flame-proof such as high-rise building, oilfield, power station, mine, subway, control & supervision loop and computor system. Through development & application of oxygen-seperation technology, a kind of colloid inorganic metallic compound which is nontoxic, smell-less and without halogen is hilled between insulation and outer sheath. When the cable is burning, the original soft metallic compund heated and discomposed, released the eduction of crystallized water, absorbed much heat, thus reducing the temperature of outer combustible and surrounding environment. That makes the burning cable self-extinct

2. Max. long term working temperature
a. flame-retardant PE insulation & sheath: 70oC&105oC, XLPE insulation: 90oC
b. fluoroplastic insulation & sheath: 200oC & 260oC, fluoroplastic insulation: 105oC, flame-retardant PE & sheath : 90oC& 125oC
c. low smoke&halogen, PVC insulation & sheath: 70oC, low smoke & halogen, flame-retardant polyolefin insulation & sheath: 90oC &125oC
3. Min.environment temperature:
a. flame-retardant PVC insulation & sheath: -40oC for fixed installation and -15oC for non-fixed installation.
b. fluoroplastic insulation & sheath: -60oC for fixed installation and -20oC for non-fixed installation.
4. Installation temperature for cable should be no lower than 0oC.
