liquid molding casting silicone rubber is mainly applied for making various molds,such as reproduction of poly resin, epoxy, polyurethane-polymer, plaster, gypsum casting and moulding, soaps, candle & lighting, architecture, decorative arts and crafts, plastic toy, gift and stationery, big statue, cultural relic product, etc..

Operation tips of rtv liquid moulding silicone rubber
a. adding too much silicone oil will destroy the molecular of silicone rubber, which will cause a decrease of the tensile and tear strength of the mold and deformation may occur.
b. remember to take the proper silicone rubber to make the mold for suitable products. for products with delicate and complicated patterns, you are expected to use soft silicone to make molds. While for products with easy and smooth patterns, you should choose hard silicone rubber.
