Tapered Roller Bearings have tapered rollers and cages with inner- and outer rings. Tapered Roller Bearings are suitable for unilateral radial loads and high axial loads. Tapered Roller Bearings can be easily disassembled.
For the axial assembly a second Tapered Roller Bearing is required. This second bearing has to be mounted in the opposite direction.
THB Tapered roller bearings have tapered inner and outer ring raceways as well as tapered rollers. They are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads.
Metric and inch sized are available.
