I、Features of machine：
2MS2150 CNC powerful deep hole honing machine is a kind of special machine to process round deep hole . Workpiece will be fixed and honing head will rotate and reciprocately move. It is especially good to process non-rotate work piece such as square work piece, outside welded rotating axle or flange work piece.
Rotation of honing head is AC stepless speed regulation. reciprocate movement is AC servo stepless speed regulation. The work piece will be fixed by a chian .
Work piece surface roughness after precise honing Ra≤0.2μm, roundness≤0.04-0.06mm
The CNC control system is FANUC (or SIEMENS or China KND). The machine can finish honing process automaticlly under written program. The machine is not only good for large quantity production but also for single piece production and repairing production.
This machine has time relay and totalizer and it can control honing time and honing reciprocate times according to set value.
