Hangzhou Feixiang Electronic Wire Industry Co.,Ltd is located at Pryang Town,Xiaoshan-the suburb of Hangzhou.beside the scenic Qiantang River,25 kilometers form Hongzhou Xiaoshan international Airport,150 kilometers form Shanghai and Ninbo port,close to national highway and expressway,So it has a convenient traffic. Our company began to develop aluminum-magnesium alloy wire-the new material for coaxial cable orter conductor in 1993 and succeeded in tral-production and produced in batches in 1995.Now our output of aluminum-magnesium alloy wire has reached 50% of total domestic amout,meanwhile we also export it to America,Europe and Southeast Asia largely,We have one of the larger aluminum-magnesium alloy production line in domestic to smelt finished product and braid coaxial cable.With high-quality material and advanced production technolgy,we can produce diameter aluminum-magnesium alloy wire and 200,000kilometers coaxial cable per year. In 2005 our company developed high-strength copper-clad aluminum wire with monthly output of 300 tons. With the advanced conticaster tandem mill in domestic,we have successfully developed high conductivity and most of the rods are epxorted to overseam.Our company has 4 sets of (直径符号)630 tubular type strander,4 sets of (直径符号)630 rigid frame type strander which are more acvanced in domestic.We can produce most of the strand wires on series ACSR、AAAC、Copper clad aluminum alloy conductors and so on,the annualy output for ACSR and AAAC is more than 20,000 tons.We also expand nearly 70,000 square meters for this program in order to creat the conditions which became the high strength aluminum alloy wire production base. At present our company has 850 employess among which engineer and technician is over 120.With total assets of 200 million RMB yuan and standard workshop of 50,000 square meters,we have 4 sets of advanced large-size smelting furnaces in domestic,more than 700 sets of wire-drawing equipments,24 sets of large adnneal ovens,5 coaxial cable production lines and various perfect testing instruments,etc. Our company is one of the most early companies which passed the ISO9001 quality system certificate in wire industry of Zhejiang province.Our company not only can produce it comply with China standard,but also can produce it comoly with international standard,IEC,ASTM,and BS standard which are more acvanced in the world,we can also produce it comply with client's special request eventhough the products may not belong any international standards.
