Gate valve refers to the valve that the closure member (disk) moving along the vertical centerline of the pathway. It's suitable only for full-open or full-close, but not for adjustment of flow control. According to the different material, it can be used both in low pressure and high pressure, but not in the pipe of Mud transportation.
