Semi-automatic Chuck
CHARACTERISTICS:
1. Clamping workpieces is performed automatically by hydraulic cylinder, and is sufficiently durable in heavy cutting as it has a strong clamping force.
2. The indexing of 4X90° can be performed manually in state of the workpiece clamped.
3. The outstanding characteristics of this chuck is its function of both side clamping (concentrical clamping). If you adapt one side clamping in turning of forged or casted workpieces, centers of raw material and machined area will not coincide. However, with this chuck, center of machined area and the center of raw material will become coincided with each other due to its concentrical clamping.
