Technical data of X(S)M series internal mixer(mixer, internal mixer): (1). The mixing chamber is of jacket structure with quick and better heating/cooling effects, the inner wall is coated with hard chrome for long service life. (2). Build-up welding of hard alloy for the top and two sides of the rotor ridge, all the working surfaces are coated with hard chrome, good appearance and abrasive resistance. The cooling/heating medium can pass through the hollow of the rotor. (3). Constant hydraulic pressure seal structure is used for the top of the rotor, the seal effect is good with long service life thanks to high pressure lubrication, automatic alarm for used up of oil; (4). The upper bolt relieves the pressure automatically to protect the machine and for long service time if the machine works for too long under overload condition. (5). The working surfaces of upper and lower bolts are coated with hard chrome, good appearance and abrasive resistance. The cooling/heating medium can pass through the inner hollow of the lower bolt. (6). A rotary oil cylinder is used for the discharge door, smooth running and accurate positioning. (7). A speed reducer of hard teeth surfaces with two output shafts is adopted, gear coupling or universal coupling is used.
