1. The machinery is for mixing, dispersion, reaction, resolution and homogenization between liquid and liquid, and between solid and liquid material. 2. The machine consist of mixer and box. Hydraulic station, vacuum pump, electricity control case, operation panel are equipment in the box; While the mixer is composed of upper frame, barrel cover, barrel, gas cylinder, oil cylinder, motor, disperser, mixer and transmission system. 3. High speed disperser and disc mixer have electrical speed regulator to control the speed. 4. Function and features 1)Soft sealing is adopted between barrel and barrel cover to make sure the operation is available under vacuum condition; 2)While the mixer operates under the vacuum condition, its auto-control up and down travel also runs at the same time. 3)Material barrel is equipped with the cooling sleeve, which can be heated by circular heating with hot oil and hot water or executed cold oil hand cold water circulation. Temperature meter and vacuum pressure meter are set up on the barrel cover. 4)In the barrel, high-speed disperser is equipped to achieve strong cutting and mixing 5)Disk mixer and high-speed disperser in the barrel can have speed regulation through speed regulator, and can choose different speeds as per different processing and viscosities.
