This machine is made of liquid spouting installation, tronsmission parts, canister cover, screw, canister, box for discharging materials, etc. 1. Liquid-spouting installation: It is made up of rotational tie-in and liquid-spouting part. The latter is covered by the lower end of falan fixed distributing box bruoght to rotate by revolution. The connection of rotational tie-in and liquid spouting part is movable so as to fix the former on the pipes. 2 Transmission part: The rotation speed of motor is adjusted reasonably by worm wheel, worm and gear, and then passes to screw to realize revolution and rotation. 3 Canister cover: Canister cover supports the whole transmission parts covered by screw fixed canister There are several holes on canister cover for feeding materials, observation, claening and maintenance. 4 Screw part: In the canister there are two screws in dissymmetrieal array Whon screws planet movement of rotation or revolution the materials would stirred in a large scope so as to reach even mixing. 5 Canister part: Canister part is of conical structure used to keep materials so as to discharge materials quickly and cleanly without accumulated materials or block of discharging materials. 6 Material-discharging Valve: Material-discharging valve is installed at the bottom of canisler used to control and discharge materials. There are three kiads of structure for material-discharging valve: Manual, gas-driven and electromotion Liquid material-discharging valve (serous fluid valve) can be added according to users" requirements. LH B double-screw conical mixing machine is made up of motor, cycloid Retarder, canister cover, screw, material-discharging valve, etc Retarder: Planet cycloid pointer gear double-axis retarder, speed output of revolution and rotation. Liquid-spouting installation: Includes pipes nozzle part, fixed on the canister cover. Other parts are the same as LH-A double-screw conical mixing machine.
