Nauta Powder Mixer 1. Appliation It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceutical, food, battery materials, dyestuff & pigment, chemical industry, rare earth, putty and sand paste etc. 2. Main Features A. Nauta Mixer consists of three parts: Transmission part, Agitator and reverse cone cylinder. B. Two kinds of Transmission part: A type (Driven by Cycloildal needle reducer) and B type (Driven by Worm-gear reducer). C. The agitator is two asymmetrically helixes. They rotate around their own axes and at the same time revolve around the cones center axis. D. The materials will be elevated repeatedly through the rotation and revolution of the helix and form shearing, convection and diffusing in the cone cylinder to realize perfect mixing effect. E. The external side of the cylinder can designed with jacket for cooling or heating. F. The materials discharging at the cylinder bottom can be pneumatic, electric or manual.
