Main Features: 1. Horizontal Ribbon Mixer consists of three parts: Driving, agitator and U-shape cylinder. Two kinds of Driving parts: Coupled (It can be installed as required to solve space problem), divided (Chain driving and Belt driving). 2. The agitator can be single shaft helix and the shaft can he one segment or several segments. Helix can be double layer helix or breaking helix. Different angle and direction of the helix carry the materials into convection circulation and sheared and mixed thoroughly and quickly. 3. U-shape container can be with door for easy cleaning and the exterior side of the container can be with jacket for cooling and heating. Container cover can be open type or closed type with materials feeding port. 4. The container side seal type: Packing Seal, Hermetic Seal and Mechanical Seal. 5. The bottom discharging can be pneumatic type, electric type and manual type. 6. The machine can be equipped with cutter to crash and depolymerize materials when mixing the materials.
