My company is a urea formaldehyde production line supplier in China. Our production line have been exported to Pakistan, Vietnam in the last 2 years. 1. Introduction Dryer is the key machine in amino plastics production. According to different technique requirements and production scales, we produce four types dryer: 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 type, for customer's choice. With progress of technology, we can provide several layout design schemes for same type dryer for process expert's reference according to the condition of customer's original factory building. We constantly introduce foreign advanced technology. After years of research, we have accumulated lots of experience in dryer design. The efficiency of our dryer increases constantly and our manufacturing technology is improving. The dryer we produce can meet different customers' demand. 2. Application 1). Especially suitable for continuous production of single species and massive aminoplast. Time setting for material convey is 120 ~ 160 minutes. Temperature setting for each section is 40 ~ 110º C. 2). To dry other granular materials (medicine, other heat sensitive chemical materials, etc. ), convey velocity of belt can be set. 3. Advantages 1). Perforated plate prevents uneven dryness. 2). Good sealing, no smell leaking out. 3). Works at negative pressure, high dehydrated efficiency 4). Circulation utilization of warm air, less waste, high thermal efficiency. Steam consumption for drying each ton of aminoplast is approximately 1.8 tons. 5). With light feeding device, material is not easy to get stuck on mesh and has good air permeability, the lifetime of mesh is extended. 6). Overturning device preventing material lumping 7). Driving system runs smoothly with stepless speed regulation, it is easy for operation and maintenance.
