1. Dryer is the key machine of aminoplast production. According to different technique requirements and production scales, we produce four types dryer, 2000 ~ 5000 type, for customer's choice. With progress of the industry technology, we can provide several layout design schemes for same type dryer for process expert's reference and finalization per the condition of customer's original factory building. We constantly introduce foreign advanced technology. After years of exploration and practice, we have accumulated a lot of experience in web dryer design. The efficiency of our driers is increased constantly and our manufacturing technology is improving daily. The dryer we produce can meet different customers' each kind of demand. 2. Application 1). Especially suitable for continuous production of single species and massive aminoplast. Time setting for material travel is 120 ~ 160 minutes. Temperature setting for each section is 40 ~ 120degree. 2). For drying other granular materials (medicine, other heat sensitive chemical materials, etc. ), travel velocity of web belt can be set. 3. Advantages 1). Even air distributor preventing uneven dryness. 2). Overturning device preventing material lumping 3). Good seal, works at negative bias, no smell leaking out, high dehydrated efficiency 4). Circulation utilization of warm air, less waste, high thermal efficiency. Steam consumption for drying each ton of aminoplast is approximately 1.8 tons. 5). With light unloader, material is not easy to get stuck in the net and has good air permeability, the lifetime of mesh belt is extended. 6).
