It is applicable to all types of wire bars and steel sections in small and medium sized steel rolling mills. Maximum annual output: 450, 000 tons Cooling bed consists of input device, static beam device, dynamic beam device, main gear, alignment device and output device. Its main gear (steeping) is driven by YZR series coil wound rotor motor, speed is controlled by circular tooth and cylindrical worm reducer, and speed reduction is controlled by electromagnetic block type brake.
