We have facilities of 1.5 -10 ton electric arc furnace, 150 -1500 kg medium frequency induction furnace, have resin sand and sodium silicate sand production lines with hand molding and mechanical molding process. We have capacity of producing different kinds of steel casting parts more than 10, 000 tons each year and are capable of producing more than 1, 000 tons of precision steel castings with zircon, water glass & compound lost wax process. We can also meet customer requirement producing with process of lost foam, shell casting line etc., With regards to materials specification, we follow to U. S standard, SAE, ANSI, ASTM; UK standard BS; German standard DIN; French standard NF; Japanese standard JIS etc.
