FEEDING SYSTEM The pair of harizontally mounted Feed Rolls ( of in case of the wire diameter bigger than 1.2mm or. 48 in., 2pairs) are attched to the wire Feed shaft on the rear of the machine. Eah pair are grooved for a particular wire diameter and must be changed to suit the wire sixe used. The values for wire feed have been selected by user to prodce a spring with the required dimensions and shape. The wire lengths are input to the computer in increments of 0.01mm (. 000086 in. ) with a maximum length of 99999.99mm (39.370 in. ) 3. ROTARY QUILL SYSTEM The rotary quill can be rotated 360. To the left or to the right and angles are computer controlled. The rotary quill hlder is available in 20mm and 34mm sizes. 4. SERVO SPINNER SYSTEM The spinner is driven by cam. It rotates 360.
