It product, polyester web(forming fabric), is used for paper making. Main constructions: 1. Framework: The main wallboard adopting iron box structure and the complete machine combined with fissions. 2. Main Drive: Bilateral motor two-sided coaxial drive; Double pneumatic clutch; Power of each motion: 7.5KW(5.5m, 5.8m), 11KW(12.5m). 3. Weft Insertion: Hydraulic picking or rapier picking; Automatic weft holding; Pneumatic shuttle checking; Six-color weft selecting device. 4. Shedding: Two-sided dobby shedding; Sixteentwentytwenty four pics of heddle frames. 5. Beating-up: Multi-segment combined crank four-linkage weft beating. 6. Take-up: Electronic control three-roller positive take-up. 7. Let-off: Electronic control positive let-off (double warp beam, flange-separating warping). 8. Web-rolling: External superficial web rolling driven by independent torque motor. 9. Lubrication: The complete machine is lubricated with automatic grease lubrication and hand pump centralized oil lubrication. 10. Controlling: With PLC computer control system, the complete machine can freely set various parameters and automatically display faults.
