NC Front Feed Hydraulic Guillotine Shear: 1. Close loop control system consists of NC controller and the encoder. 2. NC controller has the automatic function of inspection and compensation, thus ensuring the parallelism of the sheet to be cut off and the precision of the shear size. The cutting stroke and cutting times could be controlled also. 3. The cutting times can be displayed on a digital displayer, and the stroke of top blades could be adjusted steplessly. 4. The adjustment of the gap between tools is showed on an indicating dial. 5. The front feeding system adopts rolling ball screw, rolling guiding way and pneumatic clamping unit, with a high feeding precision (+/- 0.10mm). 6. Operation safety is guaranteed by the protective fence and the safety interlocker.
