XTK6250 CNC Milling&Boring Machine is a kind of double column and fixed crossbeam vertical lathe, developed by our company, which is specially used for machining plate or ring-like workpiece such as tire mould, slewing bearing, turbo, machine impeller, flange and so on. Besides accomplishing the processing of milling, boring, drilling and reaming, it can mill any curved grooves and engrave any patterns and letters on the surface of workpieces. The machine tool adopts crossbeam stable gantry to ensure the high rigidity, superb accuracy and fine stability. And the whole body of the machine is made by wear resisting cast iron. The three axis numerical control ensures the stable operation. The machine tool uses PMI balling screw, a Taiwan Brand, with higer transvering accuracy. About the guideway, we use linear guideway, from Taiwan HWIN or Taiwan ABBA brand, to ensure high feeding speed and reduce drive clearence. And if you have other more capable brand, please feel free to use. Regarding the chuck, we can provide three jaw sef-centering chuck or four jaw independent chuck, and you can choose either or if you have more suitable chuck, please feel free to use. The spindle adopts precise rigid bearing which is able to endure strong cutting. And the headstock is from Z F, a famous German brand, to ensure the transmitting speed and smooth. And regarding the bearing, we adopt NSK, a Japanese brand. The motor is FANUC or SIMENS, you can choose the one which is best for you.
