SB, (Scotch Bright) the name suggests where this finishing come from, It is from Scotch Bright Rollers. Similar with Brushing Machine, SB Machine also adapts 4 SB Rollers for the job, Unlike Brushing Machine, rollers of which can only spin; The 4 rollers of SB Finishing Machine can not only spin(In a high Speed), but also oscillate (In a High Speed) at the same time. Thus, HL finishing will be broken into short and matte lines from the oscillation of the rollers right after it is got from the Spinning of the Roller. So, "Short and matte", this defines the feature of SB finishing. The line is composed of: Inlet & Outlet Roller Table, SB Finishing Machine, Dust Collection Unit, Laminator etc. Coiler & Recoiler System would also be added for Coil-to-Coil Solution if needed.
