The max temperature of the furnace is 1200 degree celcius. 2) The furnace framework is made from large and medium-size sectional steel, and it is fabricated at the buyer's site. The outer wall of the furnace body is colored steel plates. The furnace employes fiber blanket blocks as refractory lining. 3) The car framework is a weldment of large-size I-steel, channel steel, angle steel and thick steel plates. 4) All the wheels of the car are self-driving type. The driving system is a combination of a motor and a reducing gear (shaft installation type). 5) The car is bricked with high aluminum formed bricks. The car and the refractory lining is sealed through automatic electrical push-rod compression device. The on-off state of the side sealing device is interlocked with the in-out move of the bogie. 6) The furnace door is lined with high aluminum fiber blocks, and hoisted by an electrical hoister. The sealing device for the furnace door is of the long-short bar compression wheel mechanism. 7) The chimney is equipped with furnace pressure control device and butterfly valves. 8) The heating system employes high-speed nozzles. The flow rate of the fuel gas is controlled through proportional valve. Each nozzle is equipped with an electromagnetic valve and a combustion controller having functions of automatic ignition, flame detection, and flame-off alarm.
