HiCr roll has discontinuous network of Carbide M7C3 in the working layer. It has the character of high wear resistance. The matrix structure consists of tempered martensite and troostite with high strength, which has increased HiCr roll`s wear resistance markedly. As its core is alloy SG iron with high strength and ductility, it bears a greater load.
