Usage and function This machine makes springs automatically applicable to mattress and car cushion. It includes the procedures of coiling, knotting, heat treatment and neatening. Compared with XDB-PT-60 Auto-Spring Coiler, this machine has advantages on knotting procedure and updated system of mechanical lubricating which makes the size of spring diameter more accurate and knotting more firmly. It is an ideal machine along with XDB-CW-200 Automatic Unit-Spring Assemble for mattress manufacturers.
