The roll forming machine of the line consists of feeding system,roll forming system and cutting system, while the laminating system is madeup of such equipments as uncoiler, feeding, squeezing, gelatinizing, heating, laminating,edge rolling, edge turn-over, groove-making, edge pruning, pneumaticdevice, automatic cutting and PLC. The whole machine possesses advanced workingcrafts, merging mechanical and electrical equipments into an organic whole. Annualproduction of this line (eight ours a day) is about 600,000 square meters.
