Machine Function and Feature: 1 It consists of Main body, Worktable, H-beam automatic turn over device, CNC system, Hydraulic system, Pneumatic system. 2 It's mainly used for drilling holes on webs and flanges of hot rolling or welded H beam, it can also be used to process H beam which welded together with connection plates. There is score function effective for the welded position where H beam and connection plates are assembly welded. 3 The machine adopts high quality PLC and servo motor, the upper computer is industrial computer IPC control, the operation is convenient. CNC control at X and Y axis, the positioning accuracy is high. There is laser alignment function, depth automatic measurement function and CAD/CAM function. The CNC system has self-diagnose function, there is warning message for machine's trouble if any, and it's easy to do maintenance. 4 The drill bit has both inside and outside spray cooling system, to enhance the drilling efficiency and quality.
