The main forging equipment include: The 31.50MN Forging Oil Press Unit with drawing capacity of 40T ingot and upsetting capacity of 20T; The computer-controlled 8MN high-speed hydraulic forging unit with both high precision and high speed; The 4.0 meter radial-axial ring rolling machine which represents the most advanced technology of ring rolling machine in China and is capable to roll various ring forgings with the max of 4meters in diameter, 500mm high and 4 ton. The main Heat treatment equipment include: A 1.5M × 10M well furnace; 6 computer-controlled gas furnaces represent the domestic advanced technology, of which the biggest is 4.5M × 6.5M and the furnace temperature variation is controlled within ± 1º C; A 2M × 5M computer-controlled car-bottom electric furnace. Completely satisfying requirements of the normal workpiece treatment under the condition of various complicated stresses. Since establishment of the Plant in 1950' s, the Plant has gradually formed its own product system, of which its hoisting components including bail, Clevis, elevator link, Stem, lower barrel, shank, etc. Are wildly used in each large oil field at home and abroad and are very famous in the same industry. Forging Plant obtains certificate of ISO-9001 issued by China Classification Society, certificate of 2000 Quality Management System, certificate of ISO14001 Environment Management System, certificate of OHSAS18001 OHSMS and API certificate of authority to use official monogram 8C, ASME certificate to use "U" and "U 2" on its pressure vessels. Besides, the Plant has a National recognized testing center and it can makesure that the last product is qualified.
