This is an unusual press having not only the capacity of 3500 ton from the main cylinder but also having three 1225 ton horizontal cylinders. The horizontal cylinders are 12” above the bolster and spaced at 120° apart around the press. The press is rated at a total tonnage of 7200 tons.
