DIE CENTRE DISTANCE
The minimized die to die distance is a basic condition for high speed production because the shortest distance takes the least time for the movement of the transferring.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The lubrication and cooling oil are pumped through the oils lines built outside the machine body. Pumps are equipped with oil filters to prevent the dirt from flowing into the oil lines.
RATCHET WHEEL FEEDING DEVICE
The feeding stopper is eliminated due to high accuracy of feeding. To change t he length of the cut off requires only the change of ratchet wheel.
AIR CLUTCH AND BRAKE
Motor, Flywheel with air clutch and brake system are isolated from other part of the machine for better air circulation. Air clutch and brake are designed to permit inching for tool alignment and test runs during set-up stopping is always in the backward position of the main slide.
