This machine combines Straightener and uncoiler in one machine. The control box equipped with Japan electronic components, minimum breakdown and long operating life. This machine designed for the thin plate materials. Features: 1. Upper and lower rollers 19 pieces totally, all drive function. 2. The upper work rollers adopt 4 point fine micro adjusters from Japan with 0.01mm precision straightening. 3. Rollers are made of bearing steel, heat treated to HRC 60° , hard-chrome plated and ground for the best rigidity and durability. 4. Adopt Japanese bearings-highest precision and long service life. 5. Can cooperate with other feeders to maximize productivity.
