Peeling lathe/Hydraulic Single-chuck Rotary Lathe BQ1215/8A is one model of spindle veneer peeling lathe, it also can be called single-chuck veneer rotary lathe. It can be used to peel log into veneer (surface or back veneer ). In this model, The processing length arrange is 1000-1500mm, diameter arrange is 170-800mm. In this model we have equiped back-up roller, which can forbid the log bending when it is peeled, then can ensure the veneer quality. It uses hydraulic knife assembling system, it can reduce the labor need and increase the productivity. The tool carriage uses screw feed system, then can keep the processing accuracy. We can accept OEM service for this model, for example, we can change the working length and diameter as our customer`s requirement, also can change the motor type (DC or AC). If customer wanna reduce more and more labor, we also can set up the NC system on this machine.
