There are two stripper for preventing angles from lifting. 2 AC servo motor via ball screw can make angles transverse movement for changing of stadia. Pneumatic cylinder presses angle against baffle-plate for ensuring the precision of stadia 3 There are liner guide and rack throughout the infeed roller way. CNC carrier can be driven by AC servo motor on the liner guide, which ensure accurate punching precision for angles. 4 Only put the holes' data of workpiece into computer or plug the disc concerning about machining information into computer, then edge distance, hole distance, stadia holes' quantity, hole's diameter can be controlled automatically. 5 Main components, such as CNC system, AC servo motor, electric and air valves, etc, are imported from abroad.
