1) The line is professional automatic equipment for marking, punching and shearing of angle steel of power and telecomunication angle steel tower. 2) It includes 6 units: Material-loading unit, feeding unit, main body, finished products conveyor unit, hydraulic power unit and electric control unit. 3) It has three sets of punching toolings on each side which can install three kinds of punches diameters. 4) Single-blade shearing ensures smooth shearing section and saves material. 5) Marking unit adopts closed frame with good rigidity and four character Boxes are fixed on the marking unit. Marking stadia can be set at will. 6) CNC infeed carriage is driven by servo motor. Closed loop control to ensure high positioning precision. 7) Hydraulic system mainly serves for punching, marking, pressing and trensposition of character boxes. 8) Easy programming, only need to input the date of workpiece, including size, hole diameter, stadia accuracy. Or use the programming data created by lofting software. 9) Many solutions are adopted to resolve problems such as infeeding difficulty and stadia accuracy error which are caused by angle steel deformation 10) The key hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical elements are all imported from Germany, Japan, South Korea ect.
