This production line is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic door and window`s profile and cross-section cable pipes, aluminum-plastic composite profiles, Wood-plastic compsoite profiles etc. These profiles are widely used in the building industry, home and office decorations etc. With special designed screw ,barrel, mould and production process ,equipped with YF series downstream equipment ,this line can produce PE /PP/ PVC and wood-plastic composite profiles.This is a new kind of environmental freindly building material. WPC profiles is produced by mixing the plastic ,wood powder ,foam agent and other additives, after high temperature and high pressure extrusion ,the products can be used for pallets ,packing plates ,windows and door frames ,decoration panels etc.
