The RTQD12 block machine can be universally used for the manufacturing of pavers with and without face mix, kerbstones, hollow blocks and similar elements. The machine is built of strong hollow and thick section rectangle steel which is welded by special technology, so the machine is strong and long standing. 4 chromeplate guiding columns are fixed on the body of machine for guiding the up mould and down mould. Driving by hydraulic cylinders, the moulds move up and down exactly and rapidly along the guiding columns. With gear and pinion rack reinforcing synchronizing organization equipped, the movement of mould is precise and rapid, the height of products are even. The down mould can operate steadily and without being shocked while starting and stopping. The mould support and guiding columns is with long guiding sleeves to make sure precision of guiding and long life time of device. The movement from vibrating position to demoulding position of whole body is driven and adjusted by proportion valve and double buffered hydraulic cylinder. The movement is rapid and steady.
