The crest two-way gantry crane will be used to operate the intake main trash racks, the intake auxiliary trash rack of power station, the power intake maintenance gate, the spillway intake maintenance gate and the trash raking grab. The automatic hydraulic lifting beam is controlled by a hydraulic pump drove by an AC motor; The operation of inserting and release of pin is controlled by electromagnetic change valve. The indicates are given for operator's observation and operation when lifting beam falling to position, inserting and release of pin. The power feeding to control panel by bus bar and collector. 2)The control core is Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) -Schneider[1] M340 series and YASKAMA [2] VFD (Variable-frequency Drive). All engines for main and auxiliary lifting mechanism are variable-frequency engines. 3)In operation cabin, there is Schneide Touch-Screen (10""LCD). The operation is mainly by master controller on co-operating board with press buttons and by LCD as auxiliary operation. 4)The instrument board is located in the operator's room showing the data of lifting height, load and wind speed. 5)The control panel is installed in machine room. The hygrothermograph(moist detector) is equipped on the control panel. The heater will start up automatically when humidity is heavy so that to prevent dew in panel.
