3000tpd new dry process cement production line 1. Scope of supply: (a) Technical design including equipment foundation, process, mechanical and electrical & automation design for the production line. (b) Provide complete set of mechanical, electrical and control equipment from limestone crushing to cement packing, including in-plant water supply and drainage equipment and lab equipment, excluding equipment for general step-down station and quarry. (c) Installation of supplied machinery and equipment for the production line and build up non-standard parts. Responsibilities of the plant Owner: (a) The Owner shall make all preparations of the Site including removal of all obstacles such as existing trees, houses, buildings, transmission lines, roads, piping and underground piping if any. (b) The Owner shall be responsible for undertaking civil construction of the plant at his own cost. (c) Provision of all the information necessary for the SELLER to carry out the works, such as geological data, boundaries leveling curves, preliminary soil bearing capacity, topographical map, site map, meteorological data, permanent benchmark and etc. (d) The Owner shall be responsible for undertaking construction of the General substation and electrical power line from the national grid substation to the general substation in the plant, the water pipe from the water source to the pump station at his own cost. (e) For items and any other facilities, machinery, equipment, materials, works not described in the above SELLER 's scope of supply, they shall be excluded from the SELLER 's scope of supply. They shall be provided by the Owner himself as required for the execution of and full functioning of the proposed plant. 3. Time for the project: Design: 4~6 months Manufacturing of equipment: 6-10 Months Installation of equipment: 4~6 Months Trial test: 1~2 Months As we are not sure about raw materials, fuel, power supply (electricity voltage grade and frequency), water source and the site conditions, the quotation was made just according to normal conditions and requirements in China, it shall be finalized after formal design.
