This block production line(with Racks) is made up by 4 parts: Batching and mixing system, block forming system, block on/off rack system, automatic control system. The whole process is finished automatic, such as raw material ratio, block forming, pallet feeding, pallet-block separeted, pallet cleaning, pallet returning. The workers just need to contril the whole system easily. A lot of materials can used to make all kinds of blocks. Not only sand concrete, but also industry waste or residue(for example: Fly sh, steel residue, coal gangue), construction rubbish. It can produce blocks, hollow blocks, colour bricks, colour pavers, porour blocks and so on.
