Operating Principle: Charge the prepared powder with certain amount of crystal water in the hopper. The powder is propelled to the upper part of the two extrusion wheels as conveyed and compressed (the density of the doubles and redoubles) by the feeding screw. At this point, the powder is under such a condition as being pressed from five directions. With the turning of extrusion rollers, the powder is delivered to the space between the two extrusion rollers for intensive extrusion and turn into hard bars, which are crushed and granulated into ideal grains by the granulating system. The entire process automatically proceeds. 1.
