In allusion to the solvent coating machine of present market, there is disadvantages of technology. Such as huge market, big energy consumption, exhaust emission pollution serious amd remain solvent will pollute the material etc. We empolder solventless coating & laminating machine to resolve above disadvantages. This machine is suitable for solventless silicon oil coating, centrifugal film and paper. It also with five rollers or six rollers type solventless coating technic. It has low energy consumption, no pollution and very welcome in national market. FUNCTION ANH CHARACTE: 1, feedingmixing glue part: 2 kind of glues base on exact scale mixed, then use on line. This part has 2 groups of metering pump A, B, the glue inject to the special mixed system, achieve solventless finished glue online coating. 2, solventless coating part: Aim at the solventless glue irreversibility, designed to be online glue tank and five roller coating system, through slot, rotate speed adjust achieve coating requestion, prepare PLC servo programme control system. This coating system also could coat UV solid organic silica glue. 3, UV curing infrared part: If technology need, prepare effective UV infrared, online solid. 4, laminating part: Based on solventless glue special technology, through tension, speed control system, achieve technology needs finished material by multi-roller laminating.
