Cosen's C-520NC is a high production machine which incorporates a massive base, sturdy dual column design, with an extremely heavy duty gear box, a 10HP drive motor, and a user friendly programmable control for ease of operation.
The C-520NC saw has a capacity 20.25” round and 20.250” square. It can store of up to 20 jobs including quantity and length of cut. It can bundle when equipped with an optional top clamp.
The controls also automatically shuts down the machine, blade motor, and hydraulics once the programmed number of cuts or out of stock situation has been achieved.
The saw features multiple stroke indexing up to 650” and automatic kerf compensation.
The infinitely variable blade speeds can be controlled by the operator from the control panel with turn of a knob. The Inverter blade drive system comes standard with LED readout for convenient and accurate setting of blade speed.
