The machine is use for removed the caps of the 5 gallon barrel, it is automatic so that very easyto do that work, it is use on the 5 gallon barrel filling production line. 1) With the barrel controlled by photoelectrical signal. Under the condition that no barrel or theoutlet of cap-removing machine is jammed, the barrel will be transferred to the lower part of the cap-removing head by transferring belt for automatic positioning. 2) The cap-removing head consists of four pieces of arch covers. The head is open and pressed on the opening of the barrel. With four pieces of arch covers tightened and locking the edge of the bucket opening in a fast way. After that, the barrel is raised and the cap is removed. Then it is released automatically, with cap blown to the collective sink by air. 3) During the process of cap-removing, the edge of the barrel will not be damaged. 4) The whole process is controlled by computer.
