Grade K sucker rod (API Spec 11B)Our 5/8",3/4",7/8" and 1" Grade K sucker rods both 25ft and 30ft with good performance of both Grade K sucker rod (API Spec 11B) Our Grade K sukcer rod has high quality and efficient performance. We had the right to use API monogram on our productions. These series of products are produced by high-quality AISI4720SR Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy steel. All rods are straightened and inspected by defectscope for surface defects. Both ends are upset by hot forging, adopting patent heating techmology designed independently to protect excessive heating and over roasting. Rods are full length quenched and tempered to refine and homogenize grain structure. All rods are also shotpeened to improve fatigue life. Upset pin blanks are machined and dimensions gauged. Pin threads are cold-formed to strengthen the thread from fatigue. These rods feature fully rolled, cold-formed threads designed to provide a precise, smooth, renforced, and the resultant cold working strengthens the thread root.
