Duct Manufacture Auto-line IV Auto-line IV consists of metal feeding frame, leveling and grooving equipment, hydraulic punching square notch equipment, double drive "C/S" lock forming machine(or movable Pittsburgh locking forming machine), hydraulic cutter and folder. The electrical equipment is computer controlled. Punch and notch equipment, cuter and folder use hydraulic system. Auto-line IV is with high performance price ratio, suitable for both TDF flange and TDF flange. The maximum working speed is 10m/min. The length tolerance is ± 0.5mm. The diagonal line tolerance is ± 0.8mm. The lock shape is made according to international standard, and the feeding frame can be set according to the customer's repairmen. The computer control system is with closed loop feedback, making sure the stable precision.
