It is suitable for all sizes of capsules without the need to change parts. 1. The height and tilt of machine can be adjusted, it can be equipped with any mode of capsule filling machine, which can polishing the capsule immediately, improve the quality of polishing and production capacity. 2. During running, it can automatically sort the capsules that are with small amount, shell, debris, cap and body of capsule separated. This procedure meets the GMP requirements. 3. It is made of stainless steel that meets GMP requirements. It adopts quick connect components assembly, which make the users easily disassembly and clean the machine. 4. There is roller brush and demolished bearing in main shaft, user can disassembly the brush and bearing when cleaning, and the bristles do not fall off. This machine can not only equip with the capsule filling machine, but also independent use. B. Working Principle 1. From the capsule filling machine the filled capsules are fed into A. 2. The turning brush brings capsules from B to C the cylinder. 3. Within the net cylinder brush D polishes and deducts the capsules. The loose piece and fragments are retrieved by vacuum sucker E. 4. The brush conveys the capsules to the outlet of cylinder F. 5. In the sorter segment G clean compressed air collects low weight capsule; Loose piece and fragments of capsules to H the collector. 6. The pressure of the compressed air is shown on the filter decompressed valve meter I, which can be adjusted at different requirement. 7.
