Cosen’s AH-320H is a dual-column high production hydraulic automatic bandsaw, which incorporates a massive base, sturdy saw frame, 1 ¼” blade, with an extremely heavy-duty gearbox, a 5HP drive motor, and a user-friendly control panel for ease of operation.
The 320H has a 12.6 inch round, and 12.6 inch by 15 inch rectangle capacity. The saw head adopts a back tilt design which allows the blade to twist less than traditional bandsaws between the wheel and blade guide; thereby putting less stress on the blade, insuring longer blade life.
This saw is equipped with an automatic work height selector and air gap eliminator which positions the saw frame to a safe clearance above the work piece, so that the next piece can be positioned without damaging the blade. After feeding the saw, the saw head will descend within approximately 1/8” of the work piece, where it will proceed at a predetermined cutting rate.
