Rich and diverse tricone bits (roller cone bits) for oil and gas dilling are available to meet different requirements of formations and rotary speeds, on the basis of technologies from Baker Hughes, featured of superior performance, higher ROP, and lower cost-per-foot. The sizes of the gage diameter and the types of bits are strictly designed in accordance with API Spec. 7 and IADC. Rubber sealed bearing tricone bits and metal sealed bearing tricone bits are available. Surfaces of main or key parts of drill bits are hardfaced and treated with wear-resistance technology. They can enhance gage protection and prolong the life of bit. All tricone bits are lubricated by new type of wear resistant grease that can sustain high temperature up to 250 C.
